Each new client begins with a thorough intake and in-person consultation. This gives me a chance to get to know each individual and/or family, and to take inventory of their kitchen space. I spend the bulk of my time in the client’s home, so establishing a relationship of trust and confidence is paramount. Using this information, a customized menu is created each week and emailed to clients prior to each cooking session.

Hand Selected Groceries

I believe that great food begins with quality ingredients. That’s why I hand select groceries each week, sourcing local products and seasonal produce whenever possible. I am committed to using whole, unprocessed ingredients to make real, delicious food. The cost of groceries is paid for by the client.

Meals Prepared In The Home

Minimizing risks in safety and sanitation is an important consideration for any family, but it has never been more crucial as we face the ongoing challenges of a global pandemic. That’s why I am certified in COVID-19 Best Practices for care providers, and my in-home business model gives clients the peace of mind that comes from knowing how their food got to their plate. On the scheduled day of service, I travel to the client's home and cook all meals in the client’s own kitchen. Clients do not have to be home while I cook.

Full Fridge & Clean Kitchen

Meals will be neatly labeled and organized in the fridge for assembling, reheating, or freezing. No dishes in the sink or cluttered counters—families can enjoy their home cooked meals without worrying about the mess. Full fridge, clean kitchen, happy home.

 

Postpartum & New Families

The days, weeks, and months after a baby is born are precious and exhausting. Too often cooking and eating well gets put on the back burner while a family adjusts. This is a time when eating well is so essential. For many new parents, support is lacking during this period, and trying to “do it all” can cause additional stress and isolation. It is my mission to help new families get off to the best possible start: with a fridge full of nutritious and delicious snacks and meals, made with care by an experienced chef who specializes in postpartum care.

Food can be used as an essential tool in recovery during the first six weeks and beyond. My recipes are developed to give mom foods that can aid in healing, hormone balance, and breastfeeding. I incorporate methods and recipes from across the globe to give mothers and families the best possible foundation to strengthen and recover.
